To track your KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards, log into your KrisFlyer account on singaporeair.com or via your SingaporeAir mobile app, then go to the “KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards” tab under your Account Summary. Your KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards progress tracker and applicable rewards that you have earned will be shown here.

To access your KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards, log into your KrisFlyer account on singaporeair.com or via your SingaporeAir mobile app, then go to the “KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards” tab under your Account Summary.

Download the Kris+ app to redeem the 1,500 KrisPay miles awarded, and visit KrisShop.com to redeem the S$20 KrisShop Promo code.

If you have accrued the required Elite miles by flying with Singapore Airlines and/or Scoot from 01 January 2022, the new KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards for 1,000 and 2,500 Elite miles will be automatically credited to your account by end February 2022.

You will be credited with the 1,000 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Reward by end February 2022. The 1,000 bonus miles will be automatically credited on your eligible Scoot flight by end of February 2022.

KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards cannot be transferred. However, you can use the Short-haul Advance Upgrade and Premium Economy Advance Upgrade rewards for bookings for your redemption nominees.

You can retrieve the promo code from “Messages”. Simply log into your KrisFlyer account on singaporeair.com or via your SingaporeAir mobile app and click on the “Messages” tab to retrieve the relevant reward message.

KrisShop promo codes that have expired cannot be re-issued.
