Elite Gold Rewards
KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards are applicable to all KrisFlyer and KrisFlyer Elite members. KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards are awarded automatically when you have earned the required Elite miles on flights operated by Singapore Airlines, and/or Scoot in a single calendar year, from 01 January to 31 December.
No, KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards are applicable to KrisFlyer and KrisFlyer Elite members only. PPS Club members can earn exclusive PPS Rewards, based on their accrued PPS Value in their current membership year.
To track your KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards, log into your KrisFlyer account on singaporeair.com or via your SingaporeAir mobile app, then go to the “KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards” tab or “Your rewards” tab under your Account Summary. Your KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards progress tracker and applicable rewards that you have earned will be shown here.

Download the Kris+ app to redeem the 1,500 KrisPay miles awarded, and visit KrisShop.com to redeem the S$20 KrisShop Promo code.
For all other KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards, you can use the reward(s) on your eligible booking(s) online. If you require further assistance, contact KrisFlyer Membership Services.
KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards cannot be transferred. However, you can use the Short-haul Advance Upgrade and Premium Economy Advance Upgrade rewards for bookings for your redemption nominees.
You can retrieve the promo code from “Messages”. Simply log into your KrisFlyer account on singaporeair.com or via your SingaporeAir mobile app and click on the “Messages” tab to retrieve the relevant reward message.
KrisShop promo codes that have expired cannot be re-issued.
