Departure from Changi Airport
Singapore Airlines customers flying to South East Asian destinations, Dhaka in Bangladesh, Male in Maldives, Kathmandu in Nepal, Colombo in Sri Lanka, Japan (with the exception of SQ12*) and South Korea should check in at Terminal 2.
For Singapore Airlines flights to other destinations, check-in will remain at Terminal 3.
* Check-in for SQ12 to Los Angeles via Tokyo (Narita) will remain at Terminal 3.

Arriving at Changi Airport
An arrival terminal will be assigned approximately two hours before the flight lands. Singapore Airlines flights may arrive at Terminal 1, 2 or 3. Click here to find out the flight status.
