Des restrictions concernant les achats hors-taxes lorsque vous voyagez à destination, depuis ou via certains pays, certaines villes et/ou régions. Abu Dhabi

If you’re departing from or changing planes in Abu Dhabi:

  • Liquids, aerosols and gels purchased from duty-free shops on the day of your flight, located after the boarding card checkpoint at Abu Dhabi Airport, are allowed on board.
  • These items must be packed in a transparent, sealed plastic bag, which includes the original receipt(s). The bag must not be opened until you reach your final destination.
  • If you’re flying to Australia or the US, check with the duty-free personnel before making a purchase, as some items cannot be accepted for check-in at the boarding gate.

  • If you’re flying to another domestic destination in Malaysia, you can carry a total of 1 litre of duty-free liquids, aerosols and gels. Quantities exceeding 1 litre, as well as alcohol purchased before the security checkpoint, must be checked in.

Moscow

Vietnam

Australia

If you’re departing from or changing planes in Australia:

  • These items must be packed in a transparent, sealed plastic bag, which includes the original receipt(s). The bag must not be opened until you reach your final destination.
  • If you’re flying from Singapore to Australia, duty-free liquids, aerosols and gels are allowed provided they’re purchased on board your flight or delivered by the airport’s duty-free personnel to the gate-hold room in a transparent, sealed plastic bag, which includes the original receipt(s).
  • If you’re changing planes in Singapore on your way to Australia, you cannot carry duty-free items purchased from another sector of your journey.
  • Items that are not permitted will be disposed at the boarding gate.

  • These items must be packed in a transparent, sealed, tamper-evident (ICAO-standard) plastic bag, which includes the original receipt(s). The bag must be removed from cabin baggage and presented to security personnel for screening. The bag must not be opened until you reach your final destination, unless opened and repacked by local airport authorities.
  • If you’re flying to Australia or the US, check with the duty-free personnel before making a purchase, as some items cannot be accepted for check-in at the boarding gate.

New Zealand

  • If you’re flying direct to Australia, liquids, aerosols and gels purchased from New Zealand duty-free shops located after the security screening points are allowed into Australia.
  • If you’re changing planes in Auckland or Christchurch, duty-free purchases made on another sector of your journey are not allowed on board. These items will be disposed at the Transit Security Checkpoint.
  • If you’re flying to a country within the European Union, check with the duty-free personnel before making a purchase, as some items cannot be accepted for check-in at the boarding gate.

Thailand

If you’re departing from or changing planes in Thailand:

  • Liquids, aerosols and gels purchased from Thai duty-free shops, located after the security screening points, are allowed on board.
  • These items must be packed in a transparent, sealed plastic bag, which includes the original receipt(s). Items purchased on board an airline must be packed in tamper-evident bags.
  • If you’re flying to Australia or the US, check with the duty-free personnel before making a purchase, as some items cannot be accepted for check-in at the boarding gate.
  • If you’re flying to another domestic destination in Thailand, you can carry a total of 1 litre of duty-free liquids, aerosols and gels. Quantities exceeding 1 litre, as well as alcohol purchased before the security checkpoint, must be checked in.
  • If you’re entering Thailand, you cannot carry more than 200 cigarettes or 250 grams of cigars or smoking tobacco, or a combined variety of cigarettes, tobacco and cigars of up to 250 grams.

The US

If you’re departing from or changing planes in the US:

  • You’re advised to purchase duty-free liquids, aerosols and gels only at your last point of departure.
  • Liquids, aerosols and gels purchased from US duty-free shops, located after the security screening points, are allowed on board.
  • If you’re changing planes in the US, you cannot carry duty-free items purchased from another sector of your journey. These items will be disposed at the boarding gate.
  • If you’re flying direct from Singapore to the US, duty-free liquids, aerosols and gels are allowed provided they’re purchased on board your flight or delivered by duty-free personnel to the gate-hold room in a transparent, sealed plastic bag, which includes the original receipt(s).
  • On SQ062 from Moscow to Houston, you can carry duty-free liquids, aerosols and gels of 100ml each. Quantities exceeding 100ml each will be disposed at the gate.
