Left your personal items (non checked-in items) in Singapore Airlines-operated lounges in Singapore or onboard a Singapore Airlines-operated aircraft? 

Follow the steps below to start your search.

1. Submit a search request

Submit a search request with SITA WorldTracer. After successful submission, you will receive a 14-character passcode. 

Check status
2. Receive your reference number

To check the status of the search, log on to SITA WorldTracer with the given passcode.

3. Get status updates

You will also receive email updates on the outcome of the search for your lost property. 

If you left your item in other areas of Singapore Changi Airport, lodge a report with Singapore Changi Airport. 

For other locations, contact the local Lost and Found Office.

Passangers are responsible for their own personal items. Liability for loss, damage and/or delay are governed by the relevant Convention and the General Conditions of Carriage which apply to your ticket.
