- Prolongation de l'adhésion au PPS Club et au Solitaire PPS Club pour une deuxième année (pour un renouvellement de l'adhésion entre mars 2021 et février 2022).

    Programme d'assistance au renouvellement
  1. En tant que membre du PPS Club, comment vais-je bénéficier du programme étendu d'assistance au renouvellement ? 

    Votre qualification au PPS Club / Solitaire PPS Club sera prolongée pour une troisième année. Ceci s'applique aux membres dont l'année de qualification se termine en mars 2022 et ce jusqu'en février 2023.
  2.  Comment ma qualification au PPS Club / Solitaire PPS Club sera-t-elle renouvelée ? 

    Le montant total de la valeur PPS requise pour le renouvellement sera crédité sur votre compte KrisFlyer en tant que valeur de réserve en fonction de votre niveau de qualification et de la date de fin de renouvellement de ce niveau. 
    Tous les membres du PPS Club / Solitaire PPS Club recevront un crédit unique de la valeur de réserve suivante en mars 2022 pour renouveler leur statut de membre pour une année supplémentaire.

  1. Dois-je faire quelque chose pour bénéficier du programme d'assistance au renouvellement ?

    Tous les membres du PPS Club se verront automatiquement crédités de la valeur PPS requise (en tant que valeur de réserve) pour renouveler leur qualification PPS Club. Aucune action n'est requise de leur part.

  2. J'ai réussi à cumuler suffisamment de valeur PPS pour renouveler ma qualification par moi-même. Vais-je bénéficier d'une année supplémentaire de qualification ?
    Tous les membres du PPS Club / Solitaire PPS Club recevront 25 000 valeurs de réserve (ou 50 000 valeurs de réserve pour les membres du Solitaire PPS Club qui se sont qualifiés après le 1er juin 2018) pour renouveler leur qualification de membre pour une année supplémentaire. 

    La valeur PPS que vous avez obtenue par votre propre mérite au cours de votre cycle de qualification sera stockée en tant que valeur de réserve lors de votre requalification, afin de vous aider à vous requalifier dans les années à venir.

  3. Recevrai-je un kit pour mon nouveau cycle de qualification (pour les renouvellements de qualification entre mars 2022 et février 2023) ?

    De nouveaux kits d'adhésion seront envoyés aux membres du PPS Club nouvellement qualifiés, aux membres nouvellement qualifiés du PPS Club Solitaire, ainsi qu'aux membres actuellement qualifiés dont le statut sera  automatiquement prolongé et de manière progressive à partir de mars 2022. 

    Les kits de qualification au PPS Club ne seront pas envoyés aux membres lorsque leur adhésion est automatiquement prolongée pour une deuxième année entre mars 2021 et février 2022. Lors de la prolongation de l'adhésion pour une deuxième année, les cartes de membre du PPS Club existantes dont la période de validité se termine entre avril 2021 et mars 2022 continueront d'être valides et reconnues par SIA et ses partenaires dans le monde entier pendant 12 mois supplémentaires. 

    Par exemple, si la date d'expiration de votre carte de membre est septembre 2021, la carte sera valable jusqu'en septembre 2022. 

    Vous pouvez également accéder à votre carte de membre numérique à l'aide de l'application mobile SingaporeAir, qui indiquera la période de validité mise à jour après la prolongation de votre qualification pour une deuxième année. 

  4.  Recevrai-je des chèques cadeaux du PPS Club pour mon nouveau cycle de qualification (pour les renouvellements de qualification entre mars 2022 et février 2023) ?

    Les chèques-cadeaux du Club PPS seront envoyés aux membres qui sont passés au Club PPS Solitaire, ainsi qu'aux membres qui ont cumulé 25 000 Valeurs PPS* dans leur compte au cours de leur année de qualification, lorsque leur statut de Club PPS devra être étendu entre mars 2022 et février 2023. Les chèques-cadeaux du Club PPS seront envoyés à l'adresse e-mail enregistrée dans le profil KrisFlyer du membre.

    Les chèques-cadeaux papier émis en 2020 et expirant en 2021, ont vu leur période de validité prolongée jusqu'au 31 décembre 2021, et ne seront pas prolongés au-delà en 2022. 

    *Valeur de 50 000 PPS pour les membres qui sont passés au niveau Solitaire PPS Club après le 1er juin 2018.

  1. I am currently a PPS Club / Solitaire PPS Club member. Will my membership be renewed if I do not accrue 25,000 PPS Value / 50,000 PPS Value in my current membership year?

    Your PPS Club / Solitaire PPS Club membership will be renewed for another year. This applies to members with membership year ending in March 2020 through to February 2021.

  2. Is there any prior registration required, before my membership will be renewed for another year?

    Your PPS Club / Solitaire PPS Club membership will be automatically renewed on the date based on your membership expiry month, as stated in Table 1 below.

  3. How will my PPS Club / Solitaire PPS Club membership be renewed?

    All PPS Club / Solitaire PPS Club members will receive the following Reserve Value respectively to renew your membership status for another year.

  1. How will my PPS Club / Solitaire PPS Club membership be renewed?

    For members with tier qualification end date from August 2020 to February 2021, the Reserve Value will be credited by 31 August 2020.

    For members with tier qualification end date in July 2020, the Reserve Value has been credited on 30 July 2020.

  2. My membership was renewed between March and June 2020, and I did not receive the full 25,000 / 50,000 Reserve Value amount. Will I receive any additional Reserve Value? When will they be credited in my account?

  1. I have successfully accrued sufficient PPS Value to renew my current membership tier on my own. Will I now get an extra year of membership in my current tier?

    All PPS Club / Solitaire PPS Club members will receive 25,000 Reserve Value (or 50,000 Reserve Value for Solitaire PPS Club members who qualified after 1 June 2018) to renew your membership status for another year. The PPS Value you have earned on your own merit during your qualification cycle will be stored as Reserve Value upon requalification, to assist in your re-qualification in future years.

  2. I have successfully obtained sufficient PPS Value to renew my current membership tier. Will I get any assistance to upgrade from my current tier to the next higher tier?

    This initiative is to assist members to renew their PPS Club / Solitaire PPS Club membership status. We will continue to monitor the evolving Covid-19 situation and review the measures necessary to provide support for our members.

  3. When will I get my new membership kit / membership card for my new membership cycle?

    The Covid-19 outbreak has disrupted our supply chain card production and postal mail delivery service. We apologise that there will be a delay, potentially up to 16 – 20 weeks, before you will receive your new membership kit. This applies to members whose renewal dates fall within the immediate few months and is subject to further development of the Covid-19 situation. In the interim, you can enjoy your tier privileges through your digital card on the SingaporeAir mobile app.

    For requalifying PPS Club / Solitaire PPS Club members, Singapore Airlines will share more details at a later date on how you will receive your PPS Club renewal gift vouchers.

  1. As a PPS Club member, what support will I get from the Membership Renewal Support Scheme?

    • 50% of the required PPS Value for requalification will be credited to your KrisFlyer account as Reserve Value based on your membership tier and tier renewal end-date captured in our records as of 8 September 2020.
    • You will only need to earn 50% of the usual PPS Value required to renew your current tier membership from March 2021 to February 2022

  1. Will PPS Value credited as Reserve Value from the Renewal Support Scheme count towards the tracking of PPS Rewards?

    The credited PPS Value will not count towards the tracking of PPS Value required to achieve the various PPS Rewards.
  2. I have an upcoming flight after 8 September 2020 which will accrue sufficient PPS Value for me to upgrade from PPS Club to Solitaire PPS Club. Can I be credited with 50% of the PPS Value required for Solitaire PPS Club membership renewal instead?

    All PPS Value credited as Reserve Value will be based on membership tier and tier renewal end-date captured in our records as of 8 September 2020.
  3. Do I need to do anything to qualify for the Renewal Support Scheme?

    All PPS Club members will be automatically credited with 50% of the PPS Value required (as Reserve Value) to renew their current PPS Club membership. No action is required of you.

  1. Which PPS Rewards are eligible for extension?

    The following PPS Rewards that will be expiring between July and December 2020 will be valid till 31 March 2021:
    • Double KrisFlyer Miles Rewards
    • 50,000 KrisFlyer Miles Redemption Discount
    • Advance Upgrade


    The extension of PPS Rewards does not apply to Standby Upgrade Rewards.

  2. I logged into my account and noticed that my eligible PPS Rewards were not extended.

    The extended validity of your eligible PPS Rewards will be reflected in your account progressively, before your rewards expire. Please log in here to view if you have PPS Rewards.

  3. Can I extend the validity of the extended PPS Rewards for use beyond 31 March 2021?

    PPS Rewards may be used on flights departing after 31 March 2021, as long as the Rewards are applied on and before 31 March 2021. Please use your PPS Rewards by 31 March 2021.

    PPS Rewards that have expired cannot be extended further.

  4. I had applied my Double KrisFlyer Miles Reward on my booking. I would like to convert my ticket to a flight credit. What should I do?

    Please cancel your Double KrisFlyer Miles Reward in Manage Booking before submitting your request through our online Assistance Request form to convert your ticket to a flight credit. Your Reward will be redeposited into your account if it has not passed its validity date, and will be made available for your next eligible booking. Your Reward will be extended and valid till 31 March 2021. It may take up to 4 weeks for the extended validity to be reflected in your account.

  5. I had redeemed an award ticket with my 50,000 KrisFlyer Miles Redemption Discount that has expired. Would this reward be reinstated into my account?

    Yes, if your booking meets the eligibility criteria for our updated global travel waiver policy. The Reward will be reinstated into your account with validity extended to 31 March 2021. Please contact KrisFlyer Membership Services to redeposit your eligible PPS Rewards.

  6. I had applied my Advance Upgrade Reward on my booking which has now been converted to a flight credit. Will the Reward be deposited back to my account?

    Please contact KrisFlyer Membership Services to redeposit your eligible PPS Rewards. Your Advance Upgrade Reward will be redeposited into your account, and will be made available for your next eligible booking. Your Reward will be extended and will be valid till 31 March 2021.

  7. I am unable to view my eligible Elite Gold Rewards, after my tier was upgraded to the PPS Club. What should I do?

    Please contact KrisFlyer Membership Services for details of your Elite Gold Rewards.

All PPS Club Vouchers issued in 2019 will have their validity period extended till 31 December 2020. PPS Club members can utilise their existing vouchers via KrisShop mail order.

  1. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the KrisFlyer Renewal Support Scheme (“Renewal Support Scheme”), organised by Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA"), to help PPS Club members and Elite members requalify for their tier statuses in the following year.
  2. All KrisFlyer members who are PPS Club members or Elite members as of 8 September 2020 automatically qualify for this Renewal Support Scheme.
  3. KrisFlyer members who are PPS Club Members as of 08 September 2020 will receive PPS Value (“PPS Value”) under this Renewal Support Scheme. Solitaire PPS Club Members (Qualified on or after 1 June 2018) will receive 25,000 in PPS Value. PPS Club Members and Solitaire PPS Club Members (Qualified before 1 June 2018) will receive 12,500 in PPS Value. PPS Value awarded under this Renewal Support Scheme will be credited at the times specified in Table 1 below. All PPS Value will be credited as Reserve Value in your KrisFlyer account.
