SIA Executives Programme (SEP)
We are looking for graduates with a good university degree and leadership capabilities, as demonstrated in co-curricular activities and National Service (if applicable), to join the SIA Executives Programme.
You will have the opportunity to experience diverse functional job areas at Singapore Airlines, giving you an overview of the aviation industry with exposure to key areas of our business. We have a broad spectrum of positions catering to diverse talents and potentials. You may be assigned to areas such as Corporate Planning, Cargo, Customer Experience, Customer Services & Operations, Marketing Planning and Sales & Marketing, among others.
In your various assignments, you will be in the thick of the industry, working with teams in analysis, review, planning and implementing policies and projects that will make this Company thrive.
For the SIA Executives Programme, graduates from any discipline may apply. We also welcome applicants with one or two years’ working experience.
