Exclusively for PPS Club members

For your convenience, PPS Club members can send a text message* to +65 9184 8888 with “PPS <space> 10-digit PPS Club membership number” to request for a call back from our staff. You can also request a callback* via the latest version of the SingaporeAir mobile app using a data plan or WiFi.

Once installed, follow these steps:

  1. Launch the SingaporeAir mobile app and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to 'My Account'
  3. Click on the 'PPS Connect' button.

Reservations and ticketing services are beyond the airport office’s writ and competence. The airport office is therefore not open to walk-in customers.

During operating hours, the office is often unattended as staff attend to flight operational duties.
