Help shape Singapore Airlines' digital experience

Singapore Airlines is continually improving the digital experience for its customers. We are looking for participants to share their thoughts and experiences through research activities that will help inform the design of our digital products.

When you complete a usability test or interview, you will be rewarded with an incentive as a token of our appreciation.

Types of research activities

Surveys Short online surveys will be sent to your email to gather feedback on your current digital experience and thoughts on new features.
Usability Testing You will be invited to test existing and new features of Singapore Airlines digital products and give your feedback.
Interviews You will be invited to informal chats either virtual or in-person so that we can better understand your needs and expectations when using our digital products.
