Singapore Airlines and Scoot Resume Passenger Services to India

The Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group welcomes the agreement to resume scheduled passenger services between Singapore and India. This includes Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flights from Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Tiruchirappalli, Trivandrum, and Visakhapatnam to Singapore.

These arrangements will allow families and loved ones to finally reunite, as well as support the demand for business travel between the two countries.

VTL expanded to include all cities in India
SIA will progressively operate VTL services from Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi, and Kolkata from 15 March 2022. Scoot will progressively include Amritsar, Coimbatore, Tiruchirappalli, Trivandrum, and Visakhapatnam to its VTL network. These flights are open for booking, and will be indicated as VTL flights on our website accordingly.

More information on the VTL flight schedules between Singapore and India are available on our dedicated VTL page.

Additionally, from 17 March 2022, SIA will convert more non-VTL flights to VTL flights from Chennai, Delhi, and Mumbai.

Customers travelling to Singapore from India on non-VTL flights will need to adhere to the Category (II) Travel and Health Control Measures laid down by the Singapore Government.
