Travel advisory for passengers with travel history to South Africa in the last 14 days
Due to the Singapore government's regulatory requirements, travellers with a travel history to South Africa within the past 14 days will not be allowed to enter or transit through Singapore. This also applies to long-term pass holders and short-term visitors, with the exception of those who were issued an approval letter from Singapore government agencies after 23 December 2020. While Singapore citizens and Singapore permanent residents with a travel history to South Africa within the past 14 days may enter Singapore, they are not allowed to transit through Singapore Changi Airport. Singapore Airlines customers with bookings for flights departing South Africa from 3 January 2021 and beyond, will be affected by this regulatory requirement.
