Advisory on messages, emails, phone calls and phishing websites

It has come to our attention that there are messages, emails and phone calls that claim to be from Singapore Airlines, which inform recipients that they have been selected for a draw or have won air tickets, and then proceed to request their personal data. To appear more authentic, such callers are also able to modify their caller ID to imitate our official telephone numbers.

Singapore Airlines advises recipients to exercise discretion when revealing personal data to unverified sources. Recipients should verify such emails and phone calls if they have any doubts, as well as lodge a police report.

Singapore Airlines also wishes to advise customers to be cautious of phishing websites that appear similar to the official Singapore Airlines website and to exercise caution in sharing their personal and/or credit card details online.
