Advisory on Singapore Airlines flights impacted by Tropical Storm Bebinca

Due to weather conditions caused by Tropical Storm Bebinca, the following Singapore Airlines (SIA) flights departing to/from Shanghai Pudong International Airport in Shanghai, China will be cancelled:

• SQ825 departing Shanghai for Singapore on 16 September 2024 at 0035hrs
• SQ826 departing Singapore fo Shanghai on 16 September 2024 at 0115hrs
• SQ827 departing Shanghai for Singapore on 16 September 2024 at 0805hrs

The following SIA flights will also be retimed:

• SQ835 departing Shanghai for Singapore on 15 September 2024 will be retimed to depart Shanghai at 1740hrs (original departure time of 1910 hrs) and land in Singapore at 2300hrs (original arrival time of 0030hrs on 16 September 2024)
• SQ828 departing Singapore for Shanghai on 16 September 2024 will be retimed to depart Singapore at 0955hrs (original departure time of 0755hrs) and land in Shanghai at 1525hrs (original arrival time of 1325hrs)
• SQ831 departing Shanghai for Singapore on 16 September 2024 will be retimed to depart Shanghai at 1630hrs (original departure time of 1430 hrs) and land in Singapore at 2150hrs (original arrival time of 1950hrs)
• SQ830 departing Singapore for Shanghai on 16 September 2024 will be retimed to depart Singapore at 1030hrs (original departure time of 0930hrs) and land in Shanghai at 1605hrs (original arrival time of 1505hrs)
• SQ833 departing Shanghai for Singapore on 16 September 2024 will be retimed to depart Shanghai at 1750hrs (original departure time of 1650 hrs) and land in Singapore at 2320hrs (original arrival time of 2220hrs)

SIA will be contacting all affected customers to inform them of the flight cancellations.

Affected customers will be reaccommodated on alternative flights, or can seek a full refund of the unused portion of their ticket. SIA customers who booked directly with us may use our Assistance Request Form to seek the refund. For bookings made through travel agents or partner airlines, customers are advised to contact their travel agent or purchasing airline directly for assistance.

As the situation remains fluid, other SIA flights between Singapore and China may be affected due to Tropical Storm Bebinca. Customers may visit our Flight Status page for the latest information on their flights.

Customers are also strongly advised to update their contact details via the ‘Manage Booking’ function on our website or subscribe to a mobile notification service to receive updates to their flight status.

受台风“贝碧嘉”的影响，以下新加坡航空（简称：新航）运营的往返上海浦东国际机场的航班将被取消：

• 2024年9月16日00:35自上海飞往新加坡的SQ825航班
• 2024年9月16日01:15自新加坡飞往上海的SQ826航班
• 2024年9月16日08:05自上海飞往新加坡的SQ827航班

以下新航航班也将调整出发时间：

• 2024年9月15日自上海飞往新加坡的SQ835航班起飞时间将调整至17:40（原计划为19:10），并计划于23:00抵达新加坡（原计划为2024年09月16日00:30）
• 2024年9月16日自新加坡飞往上海的SQ828航班起飞时间将调整至09:55（原计划为07:55），并计划于15:25抵达上海（原计划为13:25）
• 2024年9月16日自上海飞往新加坡的SQ831航班起飞时间将调整至16:30（原计划为14:30），并计划于21:50抵达新加坡（原计划为19:50）
• 2024年9月16日自新加坡飞往上海的SQ830航班起飞时间将调整至10:30（原计划为09:30），并计划于16:05抵达上海（原计划为15:05）
• 2024年9月16日自上海飞往新加坡的SQ833航班起飞时间将调整至17:50（原计划为16:50），并计划于23:20抵达新加坡（原计划为22:20）

新航将联系所有受影响的乘客，以告知其航班取消。

受影响的乘客将被重新安排乘坐其他航班，或者乘客也可以要求全额退还机票未使用部分。通过新加坡航空官方渠道预订的乘客，可填写我们的协助申请表申请退款。通过旅行社代理或合作伙伴航空公司预订的乘客，可联系原购票处寻求协助。
