1. This promotion is only valid for Businesses enrolled after 1 April 2025.
2. Eligible bookings can only be made through SingaporeAir.com after logging into the corporate travel portal. This Promotion is not available through the SingaporeAir Mobile App, HighFlyer Support, SIA Ticket Offices, or any other channels.
3. Award is granted only when the first flight is flown. For avoidance of doubt, for an itinerary to be considered flown, at least the outbound flight should have been travelled.
4. Eligible members will be awarded a Collinson's LoungeKey Pass, or the equivalent number of HighFlyer points to redeem a Collinson's LoungeKey Pass as governed by Clause 5.8.
5. Each eligible award may take up to 8 weeks to be credited into the HighFlyer account after the relevant ticket is completed.
6. This promotion may not be combined with any other HighFlyer flight promotion. In Singapore, this promotion may not be combined with any other American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card first flight promotion.
7.The Promotion is not valid for tickets containing any of the following booking classes: Group bookings (G), and First, Business, and Economy Class redemption bookings made with KrisFlyer miles (I, O, X).
8.This promotion is not valid for partially used tickets and for codeshare flights.
9. The Promotion is valid for flights redeemed through Clause 5.4.
10. All decisions made by SIA, in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. SIA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion, including any amendments to the eligible destinations, eligible flights, promotional dates and travel dates in this Promotion, without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
