You’ll find your boarding time printed on your boarding pass. Do note that the boarding gate closes 15 minutes before your flight departs.
At some airports, the boarding gate may be a distance away from the immigration checkpoint. In such cases, we recommend giving yourself ample time to make your way to the boarding gate.

For a smoother boarding experience, we recommend familiarising yourself with our cabin baggage allowances. If you have any cabin baggage in excess of the allowance, our ground staff will be happy to help you check in your baggage before boarding.
