Singapore Airlines’ Joint Venture partnership with Lufthansa, SWISS and Austrian offers customers flights between Singapore and the key European travel gateways of Frankfurt, Munich and Zurich.
Customers in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Belgium can choose from a wide range of travel itineraries and fare products offered by both airlines. Under the joint venture partnership signed in November 2015, both airline groups expanded capacity with the following :
• October 2016: SIA de-linked Singapore-Munich-Manchester to operate direct Singapore to Munich services
• March 2017: SWISS deployed its new B777-300ER aircraft daily between Singapore and Zurich
• March 2018: Lufthansa re-introduced direct Singapore to Munich services
• April 2024: SIA introduced direct Singapore to Brussels services
Together with the wider Lufthansa Group, Singapore Airlines’ customers can enjoy a seamless travel experience to over 60 destinations across Europe, Southeast Asia and the Southwest Pacific.
