If you're collecting miles with a partner airline's frequent flyer programme, you'll need to link your membership number to your profile before it can be added to a flight booking during Manage Booking or online check-in. This measure is necessary to ensure the miles are correctly credited to your membership account with the partner airline. This also helps us keep track of your PPS Value when you fly in Singapore Airlines' Suites, First Class and Business Class, even if you're not collecting your miles in the KrisFlyer programme.

You may also convert your KrisFlyer miles to Virgin Australia - Velocity points, Shangri-La Circle Points, Esso Smiles points, CapitaStar STAR$, Linkpoints, or Marriott Bonvoy points.

If you are a member of the Link Rewards or Marriott Bonvoy programmes, your partner account will be linked to your KrisFlyer account automatically upon the first successful conversion of KrisFlyer miles to the respective partner points.
