We will enhance the security of our members’ accounts and improve the login experience by introducing the following two changes from 24 September 2019:
You will be prompted to update your current PIN to a password when you log in to any of the following websites or mobile app:
From 24 September 2019, KrisFlyer members without a PIN can click here to create a password.
1. How do I change my current numeric PIN to a password for log in on singaporeair.com?
From 13 August 2020, you will be required to update your PIN to a password when you log in to your KrisFlyer account. Please refer to the screens below for reference.

c. A two-factor authentication (2FA) process will be triggered as part of the password change process.
Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number or email address registered with your KrisFlyer account.
d .Create your password. The password must contain 8 to 16 alphanumeric characters and include a combination of:

Alternatively, you may use the “Reset Password” link here to change your numeric PIN to a password now.

2. How do I change my current numeric PIN to a password for log in on the SingaporeAir mobile app?
b. Enter your existing KrisFlyer number/ Email address and numeric PIN
c. Tap “PROCEED” to change your numeric PIN to a complex password.
d. Two-factor authentication (2FA) process will be triggered as part of the password change process. If
your mobile number or email address registered with your KrisFlyer account is not up-to-date, please
contact KrisFlyer Membership Services to update your contact information.
e. Enter a new password that meets the complex password requirements.
f. Your numeric PIN will be successfully changed to a complex password and you will be logged in on the
app
3. Can I still log in to my KrisFlyer account using my numeric PIN on or after 13 August 2020?
You will be required to create a complex password after logging in using your numeric PIN. After you have created a complex password, your PIN can no longer be used for login.
The numeric PIN will be renamed as “Phone PIN”, which can be used for verification purposes when you call KrisFlyer Membership Services.
4. On which channels will the new password be supported for log in?
The password is supported on all online channels where a member would log in using his/her KrisFlyer Membership Number/registered Email address, namely:
1. How do I log in to my KrisFlyer membership account using my email address?
From 24 September 2019, simply key in the email address registered with your KrisFlyer account in the “KrisFlyer number / Email address” field, together with your password to log in to your KrisFlyer account.
To check or update your email address registered with your KrisFlyer account, log in to your KrisFlyer account, go to Profile -> Personal details to view/edit your contact details.
2. Do I need to indicate my preference to log in with email address?
Members simply need to key in their email address as the user ID in the KrisFlyer login widget, no prior indication on login preference is necessary. However, you will need to ensure that the email address registered with your KrisFlyer account is up-to-date, and is not shared with another KrisFlyer account.
3. What should I do if my KrisFlyer account and my family member’s KrisFlyer account share the same registered email address?
To log in using your email address, KrisFlyer accounts that share a common email address will be required to update the email addresses such that each account has its own unique email address. Alternatively, you may continue to use your 10-digit KrisFlyer membership number to log in.
4. Can I still continue to use my KrisFlyer membership number to login?
Yes, you can still continue to use your 10-digit KrisFlyer membership number to log in to your KrisFlyer account.
