25% tier bonus on actual miles flown
Enjoy this benefit when you fly with Singapore Airlines1 and Scoot2. All you have to do is credit the miles to your KrisFlyer account, and not any other frequent flyer programme.
When you fly in Singapore Airlines’ Suites, First Class, Business Class or Premium Economy Class, you’ll receive your booking class bonuses as well as this tier bonus.
1Not applicable to an Economy Class ticket in Q, N, V, K, G booking class.
2For flights purchased on Flyscoot.com, 25% bonus applies for every Singapore dollar spent on base fare and add-ons and excludes spend on e-Visa, travel insurance or Scoot protect. For Scoot flights flown as part of a mixed itinerary, bonus will be 25% of actual mileage flown for the Scoot sector.

Seat selection privileges
You can select a complimentary Standard Seat in advance when you fly in Economy Class on Singapore Airlines.

Extra check-in baggage allowance
You can check in an extra 10kg (22 pounds) when you fly with Singapore Airlines and Scoot1.
The piece concept applies to and from the USA only. You will be entitled to check in an extra piece of baggage. This means you can check in three bags of up to 32kg in Singapore Airlines Suites, First, and Business Class. In Premium Economy and Economy Class, you can check in three bags of up to 23kg each. Priority airport check-in
When you fly with Singapore Airlines, get priority service at specially designated check-in counters which feature the KrisFlyer Elite Silver logo, where available.
Priority boarding
You’ll be invited to board the plane before other passengers, even when you travel in Economy Class.
Priority airport standby
If you need to fly at the last minute and can’t get a confirmed reservation, you’ll be given priority on airport standby lists for Singapore Airlines and Star Alliance airline flights.
This benefit does not apply to award tickets and flight upgrades.
Priority reservation waitlist
If you’re waitlisted on Singapore Airlines or a Star Alliance airline, you’ll be one of the first to get a seat if someone doesn’t make the flight.
This benefit does not apply to flights where the waitlist is closed.
Waived or discounted service fees
Pay less, or nothing at all on many KrisFlyer services – including a 50% discount when you change your redemption nominees.
More benefits on Scoot
From February 2022, KrisFlyer Elite Silver members can enjoy additional benefits when flying on Scoot, including additional 5kg baggage upgrade for the principal KrisFlyer Elite Silver member with minimum purchase of 20kg baggage online per member1, automatic assignment of standard seat for the travelling group2, as well as complimentary BoardMeFirst for the travelling group3.
