When you and your immediate family members fly on Singapore Airlines on the same flight, you can each check in an extra 25kg in Economy Class (Value and Lite Fare Types), 30kg in Economy Class (Standard and Flexi Fare Types), 35kg in Premium Economy Class, 40kg in Business Class and 50kg in First Class or Suites2.
The piece concept applies to and from the USA only. You will be entitled to check in two extra pieces of baggage. This means you can check in four bags of up to 32kg each in SIngapore Airlines Suites, First, and Business Class. In Premium Economy and Economy Class, you can check in four bags of up to 23kg each. If your immediate family members are travelling on the same Singapore Airlines flight as you, they will also each enjoy the same additional check-in baggage allowance. Find out more.

You’ll always have a seat in Economy Class on Singapore Airlines. Simply make your request with your nearest Singapore Airlines office or hotline, at least 24 hours before your flight, even if you’ve booked through a travel agent or another airline.
Applies to the highest booking (Y booking class) only. Not applicable to award flights, or codeshare flights operated by other airlines. Specific seat selection is not available.
Enjoy complimentary Extra Legroom, Forward Zone or Standard Seats when you fly in Premium Economy Class or Economy Class on Singapore Airlines. Your companions in the same booking will also enjoy complimentary Forward Zone or Standard seats when you fly together in Economy Class on Singapore Airlines.

If you’re waitlisted on Singapore Airlines or a Star Alliance airline, you’ll get priority for the seat if someone doesn’t make the flight. The same applies to your immediate family members if they’re flying with you.
This benefit does not apply to flights where the waitlist is closed.
You will be given priority to Saver Awards flight availability.
If you need to fly at the last minute and can’t get a confirmed reservation, you’ll be given priority on airport standby lists for Singapore Airlines, Star Alliance, and Star Alliance Connecting Partner* airline flights.
Not applicable to award tickets and flight upgrades.
