STEPS TO ACCESS THE EXCLUSIVE PRE-SALE

Step 1: Submit the Registration Form and ensure you are subscribed to KrisFlyer and Singapore Airlines Promotions Email Communications

  1. Register your interest by submitting this Registration Form by 23 October 2024, 23:59hr (GMT+8).

  2. Ensure that you are subscribed to KrisFlyer and Singapore Airlines Group Promotions Email Communications in your KrisFlyer profile by 23 October 2024.  

 

To check or update your communication preferences, click here or log in to your account on SingaporeAir.com or the SingaporeAir mobile app, toggle to "Profile" > "Preferences", and scroll down to "Email Communication”. Check the 'KrisFlyer and Singapore Airlines Group Promotions"  checkbox and click "Save".

Step 2: Receive the pre-sale link and your unique access code via email

By 27 October 2024,  

23:59hr (GMT+8)

Successfully-registered members will receive an email sent to their KrisFlyer registered email address containing a unique access code and the Ticketmaster link to the KrisFlyer Pre-sale by 27 October 2024, 23:59hr.

 

Only access code holders will have the opportunity to purchase tickets during the KrisFlyer Pre-sale.

 

Ensure that you have a valid Ticketmaster account in order to purchase tickets on 28 October 2024.

 

Please note that receiving an access code does not guarantee tickets. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while currently available inventory lasts.

Step 3: Purchase tickets during the KrisFlyer Pre-sale with a Mastercard credit or debit card

28 October 2024,  

10:00hr to 23:59hr (GMT+8)
  1. Click on the Ticketmaster link sent to your KrisFlyer registered email address. You will be directed to a virtual queue (Queue-it) to join the queue for pre-sale.
  2. You will be directed to the ticketing page when it is your turn. Click “BUY TICKETS” and choose the date of the event you wish to purchase.
  3. You will be prompted to enter the unique access code sent to your KrisFlyer email address, after selecting the date.
  4. Select your preferred category, section and quantity of tickets. The system will allocate the best available ticket(s) of your preference.  
  5. Log in to your Ticketmaster account1 and follow the remaining steps tocomplete your transaction. Each member is eligible to purchase up to 8 tickets2.
  6. Check out with a valid Mastercard credit or debit card to complete your purchase.
  7. You will receive an email confirmation sent to your Ticketmaster email address upon successful purchase.

 

 

1 The name of the lead purchaser (i.e. Ticketmaster account holder who makes the purchase) will be indicated on all e-tickets. Attendees must be accompanied by the lead purchaser for entry into the concert venue.
