How to manage your booking
Select seats and meals for your Singapore Airlines and Scoot flights on each carrier’s website respectively. To purchase additional baggage for either flight, contact Singapore Airlines.
Manage SIA flight on singaporeair.com
Proceed to Manage Booking via the website or SingaporeAir mobile app, and enter the 6-character booking reference for your SIA flight. You can proceed to select seats and meals before your flight.
Manage Scoot flight on Flyscoot.com
Locate the 6-character booking reference for your Scoot flight in your booking confirmation email. Note that it differs from your SIA flight booking reference code. Then, proceed to Manage My Booking on flyscoot.com, and enter the reference code to select seats and meals.
Check in according to your first flight
SIA: Check in online or at the airport
If the first flight is operated by Singapore Airlines, you can check in online on our website or SingaporeAir mobile app. Alternatively, you can proceed to the SIA check-in counter at the airport for manual check-in.
Scoot: Check in online or at the airport
If the first flight in your itinerary is operated by Scoot, you may be eligible for online/mobile check in via Singapore Airlines website or app. Find out if you are eligible for online/mobile check in here. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, please proceed to the Scoot Airport Counter at the airport early to check-in and drop off your baggage.
PPS Club / KrisFlyer membership privileges
Enjoy particular benefits on your Scoot flight that is exclusive to PPS Club and Krisflyer members. Remember to log in when you make a booking or include your membership number when you manage your booking.
Seat selection privileges
You will be prioritised and assigned the best available seats on your Scoot flight for Elite Silver, Elite Gold and PPS Club members.
Baggage
When flying with Scoot, enjoy extra check-in baggage allowance based on your membership tier. Exclusive to KrisFlyer Elite Silver, Elite Gold, and PPS Club members.

Travelling with children
Here is all the information you need to help make planning your travel with children a little easier.
Bassinets
Bassinets are available on SIA flights but unavailable on Scoot flights. You may purchase a seat for your infant and install an approved child car seat or harness for use on board your Scoot flight.
Strollers and prams
Strollers and prams can be carried on board your flight if the sum of length, width and height of the folded pram does not exceed 115cm and weighs 7kg or less. On Scoot flights, folded prams will be checked in if there is no space in the overhead compartments.
Unaccompanied minor
Unaccompanied minor service is not available for SIA - Scoot codeshare flights for children below 12 years old. For unaccompanied minors between 12 to below 18 years old, please contact us for further assistance.

For your Scoot-operated flight, you can select seats and meals on flyscoot.com, with the Scoot booking reference found on your e-ticket.

Yes, you will earn KrisFlyer miles when you fly on Scoot on SIA - Scoot codeshare flights.
The KrisFlyer miles you earn is based on a percentage of the actual miles flown and booking class. Note that selected promotional fares may not be eligible for earning KrisFlyer miles.
If you mix miles and cash to pay for your ticket, only the cash portion paid will be accounted for in the calculation of miles earned. If the full fare is paid with KrisFlyer miles, no KrisFlyer miles will be earned.
When searching for flights, you can identify Scoot-operated flights by its logo in the search results listing on the Singapore Airlines website or SingaporeAir mobile app.
When you select a flight operated by Scoot, more information about the Scoot flight and the services offered will appear.
In addition to the above identifiers, Scoot-operated flights are differentiated by its 4-digit SQ code (e.g. SQ 8534). Flights operated by Singapore Airlines have a 3-digit flight code (e.g. SQ 212).
Flights operated by Scoot means that you will experience Scoot’s own aircraft and services that makes Scoot the best low-cost carrier in the world.
To purchase additional baggage for either your Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight segment, contact Singapore Airlines at least 24 hours from your flight departure. You can enjoy discounted rates when you purchase early.
