High Volume of Customers at SIA Service Centre at ION Orchard
Singapore Airlines (SIA) is experiencing a high volume of customer enquiries at our service centre at ION Orchard.Additional resources have been deployed to support our customer service representatives. Crowd management measures such as an appointment booking system, as well as call backs from agents for customers, have also been implemented to cope with this high volume.
Customers are encouraged to make an appointment before heading down via the following steps:
1. Navigate to “Contact Us” on the Singapore Airlines website
2. Under the "Speak with Us" section, choose “Singapore” and click on the "Book an Appointment" button
All customers are also strongly encouraged to visit our website, where a variety of self-service options are available. Those who booked directly with Singapore Airlines may submit their rebooking and refund requests through Manage Booking.
As certain requests are not available via the self-service options, customers may also submit their requests via our Assistance Request Form and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Customers may check the travel advisory for their itinerary here or view Frequently Asked Questions.
Those who booked through a travel agency or partner airline are advised to contact them directly for assistance. Do note that travel agents may charge fees, depending on the terms and conditions of the booking with the agency.
Singapore Airlines apologises for any inconvenience caused, and deeply appreciates the patience and support of our customers.
