No ticketing fees are collected for ticket issues and reissues (where applicable) on the Singapore Airlines website or SingaporeAir mobile app.

* Name corrections due to marriage and naturalization after ticket issuance are exempted by submitting an official certificate, except in cases when name changes on the passport are made prior to ticket issuance.
* Reissues are to be made when there are changes in fares, fees or travel itineraries.
* The same fees will apply on adult, child or infant tickets.
* Singapore Airlines call centre will assist on itineraries or fares that are unable to book on the Singapore Airlines website or SingaporeAir mobile app and service fees are to be waived for such cases.
* Service fees are non-refundable.
* Ticket Service Fees at airport ticket counters are subject to handling airlines' conditions. There might be occasions reissue is not available at airport ticket counters depending on the type of ticket fare and conditions.
* Change/reroute fees and other penalties are to be collected subject to fare rules.
* Service fees will be collected in Japanese Yen by applying the exchange rate of the day.
