Registered Customer Terms and Conditions

By registering and creating a Registered Customer account via www.singaporeair.com.sg and www.silkair.comExternal Link (“SIA Group Websites”), you may access various travel related services and website functionalities (“Services”) that are offered by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”) and SilkAir (Singapore) Private Limited(“SilkAir”) (collectively “our”, “us” or “we”), , newsletter subscription preferences and profile management services.

By completing the online registration process to become a Registered Customer, you hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions which define the contractual relationship between SIA, SilkAir and each Registered Customer. All persons applying to become a Registered Customer shall be deemed to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. Registered Customers are responsible for keeping themselves informed of the current Terms and Conditions which are posted on each of SIA’s and SilkAir’s website. Continued participation in the Registered Customer programme will be regarded as acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.

VIEW ALL

1. Registered Customer accounts may be created by either signing up with the use of a unique and valid email address personal to the Registered Customer or by linking the Registered Customer’s applicable social media accounts to the Registered Customer account.

2. All Registered Customers shall only hold one account at any one time. Multiple accounts are not permitted. Similarly, enrolment of several persons in a single account (i.e., a joint account) is not allowed. 

3. All existing subscribers to our newsletters are permitted to open a Registered Customer account. If you are an existing subscriber to our newsletter, by opening a Registered Customer account, you agree and acknowledge that the data stored in relation to your subscription will be transferred to your Registered Customer account.
