Guest chef partnership with Monica Galetti
We are delighted to partner with renowned chef Monica Galetti to bring her gourmet menu to Suites, First Class and Business Class customers. The culinary dining experience is available on Singapore Airlines flights departing from the UK, available on board from October 2024. Discover Monica's menu here.
The seasonal menu celebrates the finest in British produce with a nod to Monica’s South Pacific influence. There is a strong emphasis on provenance and using local suppliers.
Monica is a renowned chef, TV presenter and author of several cookbooks. Born in Samoa, Monica developed an early interest in food, before moving to New Zealand, where she trained as a chef.
Moving to Britain in 1999, Monica was introduced to fine dining and classically trained under the helm of Chef Michel Roux Jr, at his Michelin star restaurant.

London Gatwick
Singapore Airlines now operates a daily direct service from London Gatwick to Singapore Changi Airport, offering greater choice and connectivity to Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
The new service complements four daily flights from London Heathrow and five-time weekly flights from Manchester. Singapore Airlines operates 40 direct flights a week from the United Kingdom to Singapore – more than any other carrier.
Our upgraded SilverKris Lounge
The newly refurbished SilverKris Lounge in London Heathrow reopened on 01 August 2024. Suites, First Class, and Business Class customers, as well as PPS Club, KrisFlyer Elite Gold, and Star Alliance Gold members departing on Singapore Airlines flights are invited to visit the lounge.
Reflecting the changing needs of travellers, the lounge features private productivity pods among its expanded seating options, numerous charging points for electronic devices, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The SilverKris Lounge comprises an exclusive First Class Lounge and separate Business Class Lounge, and is open daily from 0530 to 2200hrs.
