Singapore Airlines has launched a five-times weekly direct service from London Gatwick to Singapore Changi Airport, offering greater choice and connectivity to Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. The route commenced from London Gatwick on 22 June 2024.
The new service complements four daily flights from London Heathrow and five-time weekly flights from Manchester, increasing to 38 direct flights a week from the United Kingdom to Singapore – more than any other carrier.
The flight is operated with the Airbus A350-900, a highly fuel-efficient and quieter aircraft, with 42 seats in Business Class, 24 in Premium Economy Class and 187 in Economy Class.
Our early arrival allows passengers to seamlessly transfer onto flights to Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Singapore Airlines offers the fastest connecting service from the United Kingdom to Sydney, Australia, in 21 hours 40 minutes.
Business Class customers, PPS Club, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold members departing from London Gatwick have access to the No1 Lounge, located at Gatwick North Terminal.
The No1 Lounge is open daily from 4am to 9pm. Customers are able to enjoy complimentary freshly prepared hot food, snacks and sweet treats, and a selection of drinks such as premium beer, wines, sparkling wines, champagne, and spirits at No1 Lounge’s fully tended bar.
The lounge is also equipped with free Wi-Fi access, restrooms (including wheelchair accessible restrooms), meeting rooms, and printing facilities.
