Can I cancel my Singapore Airlines Travel Insurance by Allianz Travel and receive a refund?
You may cancel your policy with to us within 14 days of purchasing, provided that no claim has arisen, and your travel has not commenced. Allianz Travel will cancel the policy and give you a full refund of premium.
After 14 days, we will not refund any part of the premium. You can send us an email at contract.awpeurope@allianz.com or telephone customer services at +31107988717 from Monday to Friday between 9.00 to 18.00 (EET).
What should I do if I get sick or encounter an accident abroad?
Please call our 24-hour emergency assistance number +31107988717 if you need medical assistance while travelling. This service is provided by Allianz Travel’s own emergency assistance centre.
If you require hospital treatment, please ensure that you keep original copies of your receipts when you return to Netherlands to ensure a smoother refund process.
