How to file an insurance claim
Visit https://www.allianz-assistance.com.sg/claims.html  to file a claim and check the relevant supporting documents required for your claim.

For Covid-19 related claims, please prepare the following documents:

Medical Expenses Incurred Overseas & Medical Evacuation & Repatriation / Out-of-country Covid-19 Diagnosis Quarantine Allowance

• Original medical bills and receipts
• Doctor’s memo / medical report / inpatient discharge summary

Reimbursement of Travel Cancellation / Travel Postponement / Travel Curtailment

• Booking confirmation / original invoice
• Letter of refund
• Medical report / memo from the doctor advising the fitness to travel
• Proof of relationship to insured
