When you book with Singapore Airlines, you may be flying on a flight operated by our partner airlines—even if the flight code begins with SQ. The operating carrier of each flight in your booking can be found on your itinerary.
If the first flight in your itinerary is operated by a partner airline, you’ll need to check in at the partner airline’s website or counter.
However, if the first flight in your itinerary is operated by Scoot, you may be eligible for online/mobile check-in via the Singapore Airlines website or app. Find out if you are eligible for online/mobile check in here. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, please proceed to the Scoot Airport Counter early to check in and drop off your baggage.
Codeshare flight Has a 4-digit SQ flight code (e.g. SQ 8542), but is operated by our partner airline. |

If the first flight in your itinerary is operated by Singapore Airlines, and you have connecting flights operated by our partner airlines—you can check in with Singapore Airlines for all your connecting flights to your final destination.
