Auto check-in

Get a relaxed start to your trip by turning on auto check-in. We’ll automatically check you in 48 hours before your flight departs, for all eligible passengers and flights in the booking. You’ll receive a check-in confirmation via email.

You can turn on auto check-in via Manage Booking once your booking has been confirmed, until 48 hours before your flight departs.

After turning on auto check-in

UP TO 48 HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE

You can still manage your booking as usual, until 48 hours before your flight departs: 

  • Select your seats in advance
  • Change/select your meals
  • Pre-purchase additional baggage
  • Change/upgrade your flights
     

After you’ve been automatically checked in

48 HOURS TO 1.5 HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE

You can manage your check-in online from 48 hours to 1.5 hours before your flight departs: 

Auto check-in is not available for:

  • Unaccompanied minors
  • Group bookings
  • Passengers without a confirmed booking, or have waitlisted flights
  • Passengers who have booked an extra seat
  • Passengers who have not checked in for preceding flights in the same booking
