Reserve your Bagpoint service through their website. Firstly, provide your arrival date and flight number. Select the location where Bagpoint would need to deliver your baggage to. This can be a home address or a hotel, for instance. You can specify a time slot and the number of bags you'd like to have delivered.

If you have booked the departure pick up service, Bagpoint will pick up your luggage at the indicated location. Please do note that all passengers would need to be present with their passports for verification. If you have booked the arrival delivery service, upon arrival at Brussels Airport, a Bagpoint staff will contact you shortly after you have landed to inform you on the location for the baggage collection. You'll be required to pick up your bags from the belt, go through custom clearance and hand over your bags to the Bagpoint driver.

Once you have handed your luggage to Bagpoint at your home, you'll luggage will be checked-in and will be handled all the way until your final destination. For the arrival delivery service, the Bagpoint driver will deliver your baggage to the address that you have provided. It's as easy as that!
