Double KrisFlyer Miles Rewards
Earn 30,000 in PPS Value in a membership year to receive two Double KrisFlyer Miles Rewards.  Each Double KrisFlyer Miles Reward allows you to earn twice the miles for a single flight segment when you next fly on Singapore Airlines. 

This PPS Reward can only be used by the principal PPS Club member, and is not applicable to award flights. The Double KrisFlyer Miles Reward is applied after including the cabin bonus, but not to the tier bonus.

50,000 KrisFlyer Miles Redemption Discount
Earn 40,000 in PPS Value in a membership year to receive a 50,000 miles discount off a redemption upgrade or off your next award flight on Singapore Airlines. 

Simply apply your PPS Reward when booking an award flight or redemption upgrade for you or your redemption nominee, to immediately offset 50,000 miles from the number of miles required for one passenger in the booking.

Advance Upgrades
Solitaire PPS Club members who attain 60,000, 75,000 and 100,000 respectively in PPS Value in a membership year will receive one advance upgrade voucher at each of these spend milestones. 

This PPS Reward allows you to apply for a one-cabin class upgrade on your eligible booking. Your upgrade will be confirmed at the point of booking, subject to availability in accordance with our applicable terms and policies. To use this PPS Reward for you or your redemption nominee, just book a commercial ticket on Singapore Airlines in the eligible classes*, and apply the Advance Upgrade to the flight segment of your choice.  

*Advance Upgrades can only be applied to flight segments where the original commercial booking is made in the following classes: Economy class - Y, B, E, M, H, W; Premium Economy Class - S, T, P, L; Business Class - Z, C, J, U.

General Terms and Conditions for PPS Rewards
  • PPS Rewards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Extensions are strictly not allowed.
  • PPS Rewards can only be used for eligible flights operated by Singapore Airlines.
  • PPS Rewards cannot be used on partially flown tickets.
  • PPS Rewards are awarded upon attaining the stipulated PPS Value within the specified qualification period of one membership year. Singapore Airlines will not entertain any request for extension of the qualification period, or waiver of PPS Value to attain PPS Rewards. PPS Rewards are awarded for the first 500,000 PPS Value earned within the specified qualification period of one membership year. Any PPS Value earned in excess of 500,000 PPS Value will not be eligible for PPS Rewards.
  • The PPS Rewards tracker will reset when you are upgraded from PPS Club to Solitaire PPS Club status.
  • Singapore Airlines shall not be liable for any failed application of any PPS Rewards in the event that members make any changes to their bookings after the application of a Reward.
  • Singapore Airlines reserves the right to change the PPS Rewards programme at its sole discretion without prior notice, including the rewards and the qualifying criteria.
  • Other terms and conditions governing the use of specific PPS Rewards apply.
Double KrisFlyer Miles Reward
  • The Double KrisFlyer Miles reward is valid for 12 months from the date of issue for eligible flights operated by Singapore Airlines. Reward can be applied on your upcoming booking before departure, or on a past booking up to 7 days ago. For retrospective reward application on past bookings, the reward must be awarded to you before the flight date.
  • Only one Bonus KrisFlyer Miles reward may be used for one flight segment, and it can only be used by the principal member.
  • If you have mixed KrisFlyer miles and cash to purchase your ticket, the bonus KrisFlyer miles will only be awarded on the amount paid for by cash. This means that any tier bonus or any amount redeemed by KrisFlyer miles are excluded from the calculation.
  • The bonus KrisFlyer miles will be awarded upon the completion of your flight. Allow up to 4 weeks after your flight for the accrued miles to be reflected in your KrisFlyer account.
  • The bonus KrisFlyer miles will be awarded only when the miles earned on the selected flight segment are accrued to your KrisFlyer account.
  • The Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Reward can be combined with Advance Upgrade rewards. However, bonus KrisFlyer miles will only be awarded based on the original (i.e. pre-upgraded) booking.

50,000 KrisFlyer Miles Redemption Discount
  • The 50,000 KrisFlyer Miles Redemption Discount reward is valid for 12 months from the date of issue for redemption bookings (excluding HighFlyer bookings) or for redemption upgrades on eligible flights operated by Singapore Airlines.
  • Only one KrisFlyer Miles Redemption Discount reward can be applied in a redemption booking. The reward can be used by the principal member or for his/her redemption nominee. For bookings involving more than one eligible passenger, the reward will only be applied to the first eligible passenger in the booking.
  • If the full amount of the reward is not used in a booking for the first eligible passenger, the remaining miles will be forfeited, and cannot be applied to another passenger in the same booking or otherwise.
  • If changes are made to your booking that require additional miles, a top-up of miles is required. However, if fewer miles are required, no refund will be given.  
  • If your booking is refunded, the KrisFlyer Miles Redemption Discount reward will be credited back to your KrisFlyer account, as long as it is still valid.
  • This reward cannot be used in conjunction with purchasing of miles to complete a redemption booking or upgrade.
  • This reward cannot be used for upgrades using miles performed at the airport or via mySQupgrade.
  • This reward cannot be combined with any other rewards.

Advance Upgrade
  • The Advance Upgrade reward is valid for 12 months from the date of issue for eligible flights operated and marketed by Singapore Airlines. It can be used by the principal member or for his/her redemption nominee.
  • Upgrades are subject to availability in accordance with our applicable terms and policies at the point when the Advance Upgrade reward is applied.

    Singapore Airlines reserves the right to allocate in its sole discretion the number of seats available for the Advance Upgrade reward on each flight, which may limit the number of seats available for the Advance Upgrade reward.

    Seats for the Advance Upgrade reward may not be available on all flights or in all classes, even though there may be physical seats available to fare-paying passengers for booking.
  • The reward can only be used if the original commercial booking is in the following classes: Economy Class -Y, B, E, M, H, W; Premium Economy Class - S, T, P, L; Business Class - Z, C, J, U.
  • The reward can only be used for a one-cabin class upgrade in one flight segment.
  • To redeem the reward online, you should have one Advance Upgrade reward for each passenger in your booking. All passengers in the booking will be upgraded for one flight segment. If you wish to use the reward only for selected passengers in the booking, contact your PPS Club coordinator.
  • The Advance Upgrade reward may be combined with Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Reward. However, bonus KrisFlyer miles will only be awarded based on the original (i.e. pre-upgraded) booking.
  • This reward cannot be combined with a redemption ticket (including HighFlyer), with a redemption upgrade or with mySQupgrade.
