Terms and conditions

• This promotion is applicable for new reservations only.
• A minimum of 6 consecutive nights’ stay is required.
• Reservations must be made through the designated booking link provided above.
• Blackout dates apply. 
• Rooms are subject to availability and allocation for this promotion only.
• KrisFlyer members must present their KrisFlyer membership card upon check in.
• Guests can only earn miles for one room and only for his/her own stay.  
• Miles will be issued to the guest whose name is on the invoice of the hotel stay.
• Only one guest per room can earn miles.
• Guests will only receive miles 40 - 60 days after their stay.
• Guests can only earn miles on rates and accommodation that are allocated for this promotion. 
• Miles will not be issued on other spendings* other than the room booked (*E.g.: room service, room upgrade, room early check-in/late check out, laundry, minibar, spa, all restaurant & bars etc).
• In the event of no-show, miles will not be issued and first night room rate will apply.
