How to redeem

To redeem, KrisFlyer members must retain the receipts of their purchases at any of the nine Villages at The Bicester Collection. Members can then present the receipts and their KrisFlyer membership card at Concierge Services, or claim digitally via the air miles e-redemption service. To redeem miles, email the relevant Village listed below and include images of the receipts as well as your KrisFlyer membership card within 24 hours of making your purchases.
