Update on Denpasar (Bali) flights

As of now, all Singapore Airlines and SilkAir flights to and from Denpasar (Bali) are due to operate as scheduled. Singapore Airlines will continue to closely monitor the eruption of Mount Agung in Bali.

As the situation remains fluid, customers are also advised to update their contact details here to receive updates on their flights, and to check our website regularly for updates.

Customers travelling to Denpasar (Bali) between 27 November 2017 and 11 December 2017 with tickets issued on or before 27 November 2017 may contact their nearest SIA ticket office if they would like to rebook or request a refund of their tickets. The new travel date must commence on or before 31 January 2018.

Customers can also re-route their original flights to Denpasar (Bali) over 27 November 2017 - 11 December 2017 to other Southeast Asia destinations within the Singapore Airlines and SilkAir network within the same cabin class, subject to seat availability.
