We are pleased to offer our exclusive Book the Cook Service where you can select your gourmet main course from a premium selection of dishes at least 24 hours before departure. A lush service that uses only fresh seasonal ingredients to showcase the uniqueness of each season, Hanakoireki is an elaborate service exquisitely presented and served in a traditional Japanese style.
Created by our International Culinary Panel Chef, Yoshihiro Murata, the delectable spread includes cold dishes such as Kuchitori (vegetable appetisers), Mukozuke (seasonal sashimi) and a variety of dishes such as Yakimono (grilled dish) and Takiawase (simmered dish), complemented with rice, miso soup and a seasonal dessert.
