Revel in our celebrated Book the Cook service that enables you to pre-order your main course before you fly.  Please select your choice of Book the Cook main course through your travel agent, our reservations office or via our website at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure.

Book the Cook main courses are specially curated and designed by our panel of renowned chefs. They are offered for most meal services except for Continental Breakfast, Refreshment and Breakfast service on selected flights. To preserve the authenticity of the dish, we regret to inform that we are unable to customise the main courses.  If you have a dietary restriction due to medical or religious reasons, please refer to our selection of Special Meals to better cater to your needs.

Book the Cook main courses are specially prepared just for you. Should you decide to change or cancel your Book the Cook selection, please notify the reservations office at least 24 hours before flight departure so as to avoid any disappointment during your flight.
